Half Moon Bakery celebrates a Utica staple: a soft vanilla cake base topped with white frosting on one side and chocolate on the other. Each half moon has its own handmade character.
You’ll find the bakery on Genesee Street, immediately north of Brew8. Green painted-wood details and a built-in glass display case keep the focus where it belongs: on a valley favorite worth making time for.
